Returns policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and understand that sometimes people change their minds.

So, if for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer ‘change of mind’ refunds.

We take great care in checking and packaging our products before they go out, but should any items arrive damaged or are faulty please contact us immediately and we will either get a replacement sent out to you or issue you a refund.

How to return:

Need to arrange an exchange or return?  Just drop us a line on the form below providing reason for return.

You’ll receive a confirmation within 1 working day that we have received your form and the resolution is in action. You’ll be provided with the return address for the item to be sent (at your cost). Once the item is received back at Bare Faced Happiness we will dispatch any necessary exchanges or refunds. Once we receive the item the process should take no longer than 3 working days. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at your cost.
